Danielle is a California attorney with extensive in-house experience negotiating large, global deals with Fortune 100 companies in all industry sectors. During her time as Associate General Counsel at MuleSoft, she helped deliver a successful IPO in 2017 and acquisition by Salesforce in 2018.
